Shipping & Returns

  • Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate of $7.90 will be applied. Please note that shipping rates may vary for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. 
Shipped in discreet packaging within 5-7 business days or local NYC pick up available.

  • How does local pick up works?

You can collect the item in person and save money by not having to pay for shipping. When you purchase an item that's available for local pickup, you'll receive information on the item's location at checkout.

Select the pick up option at checkout, orders are usually ready after 24 hours. Bring your receipt with you!

  • Why im getting two different packages?

Due to the availability of some items in different warehouses, it is possible that we will be sending your order in two separate packages to ensure timely delivery of the items. You will receive tracking information for each package as soon as they are dispatched. 

  • What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
